Core Values
Empathy: Fostering compassionate, outwardly focused empathy within our community allows us to not only recognize the challenges and experiences of others, but also take meaningful action to create change to address those challenges.
Education: We utilize education to empower an informed community that is capable of understanding racial injustice and can appropriately react through taking direct action, speaking to elected officials, or raising awareness.
Respect: Respect is the foundation in acknowledging the value, equality, and dignity of every individual within our community, regardless of race, economic status, ability, disability, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, immigration status, sexual identity, gender identity, or gender expression.
